Restorative Yoga
Melt away in your breath while being supported by our colorful blankets bolsters and blocks allowing the pose to hold you. Some gentle stretching/ movement allowing you to melt deeper into delicious resting restorative poses.
The more you relax into your breath, the more your body naturally opens. .
(We never stand up)

Therapeutic Yoga

A beautiful blend of Gentle Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
Wonderful if injured, this class is a slow pace with modifications! Do what you can have a beautiful time sort of vibe 🙂

Just how restorative yoga is listed above, using bolsters blankets and blocks, be guided through relaxing, gentle unwinding poses then lay back into 1 or 2 restorative poses to allow all the deliciousness to sink in.

Therapeutic yoga , there is more movement where Restorative Yoga there is more Rest 🙂

 

Yoga Nidra Restorative Meditation
Energy can become blocked which can result in physical and psychological disturbances. Chakra
harmonizing is a multidimensional process using the elements with crystals, oils and sound
healing to create a harmonized well-being. Supported by our props** Minimal movement.

Yoga Gentle 
Breathe, stretch, connect back to yourself and feel awesome! ALL LEVELS CLASS/modifiers
offered. Do what you can!

Kundalini Yoga
An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates
movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such
as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.” The goal is to build physical vitality and
increase consciousness.

Yin
This practice is stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis,
sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing
deeper layers of fascia.

Chair Yoga
Exactly how it sounds! No need to bring a mat! Chair yoga is a beautiful way to open and stretch your body without making your way down to the floor. Relax on a chair or bench with gentle movements throughout your body along with meditation while being completely supported. Connect to your breath while opening up your heart, all motions are optional.

By strengthening the core and our most used joints, Sam helps to build better alignment and posture, improving everyday functionality. Strengthen up to wind down with a gentle meditation at the end
