Soul Care Sessions with Kristina! is a fun and relaxing 75 minute class incorporating and learning simple self-care techniques.
Tapping,humming and breath work are taught and practiced before a guided meditation which is all followed by a very unique and relaxing, harp sound healing.
Relax and rest your nervous system. Boost and strengthen your immunity, get help with dealing with anxiety and stress and awaken compassionate relationship with in yourself and others.
This is not a yoga class.
