Using a blend of bolsters, blankets, and blocks along with some gentle stretching/movement allowing you to melt deeper into these delicious supportive restorative poses.

Restorative yoga is the act of letting go. The more you relax into your breathe, the more your body naturally opens while being supported with blankets bolsters and blocks.

When you are in this relaxed state, your body is able to go back to doing its thing helping any areas that are in need of this love.

A beautiful blend of Gentle Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

wonderful if injured, this class is a slow pace modifications do what you can have a beautiful time sort of vibe 🙂

Just how restorative yoga is listed above, using bolsters blankets and blocks, be guided through relaxing, gentle unwinding poses then lay back into 1 or 2 restorative poses to allow all the deliciousness to sink in.

 

~Yoga Nidra Restorative Meditation~

Yoga Nidra is a fantastic way to recharge yourself for the rest of the your day! Melt away your  mid day stress with this guided mediation that connects your breath to every part of your being. It is said that after a Yoga Nidra Meditation, you feel as if you’ve slept for 8 hours straight. Supported by our props. Minimal movement.

Join us for this hour of connection and movement as we stretch, strength and center, crafting our mind, body and soul. By strengthening the core and our most used joints, Sam helps to build better alignment and posture, improving everyday functionality. Strengthen up to wind down with a gentle meditation at the end!

 

~Chair Yoga~

Exactly how it sounds! No need to bring a mat! Chair yoga is a beautiful way to open and stretch your body without making your way down to the floor. Relax on a chair or bench with gentle movements throughout your body along with meditation while being completely supported. Connect to your breath while opening up your heart, all motions are optional.

Do what you can! Hang out and breath what you can’t 🙂
