Reiki Movement Mediation (75-90 min)
Reiki Movement Meditation is one of the most playful methods of inner focus–you will be moving–to get into a state that is thoughtless yet blissful, alone yet connected to everything around you. Be ready to move into your deeper YOU and find yourself in 5 stages – intense breathing, catharsis, mantra chanting, silence, and celebration. We will finish with a guided mediation and recieving Reiki from Rev. Bianka B. Steinfeldt.

After moving to the US she discovered Power Pilates—using the classical Pilates method with flow, and got certified in mat and full equipment. Not stopping there she finished with success a 2-year Master Mentor Program with Lolita San Miguel.
Her passion of movement and healing got her certified in I.M.S. (Integrative Movement Specialist); she is cooperating the methodic in her practice and it shows her success. Right now she is in the certification program of ELDOA (Etirements Longitudinaux avec Decoaptation Osteo Articulaire = Longitudinal Osteo-Articula Decoaptation Stretching).
She uses the method of energy consultation/healing with Reiki and is a Reiki Master, as well Access Bar, Palm Reading.
Bianka is always seeking out for a new challenge, which allows her to be on the cutting edge, analyzing the body in front of her, and enables her to be creative and innovative with her clients. Her clients are from all ages and from being home mom, successful business person, to athletes…
To be able to stay informed and using different techniques; she is continuing herself with workshops from: Polestar Pilates Miami; Power Pilates New York; FAMI New York; Pilates Conferences through the world.
She is teaching workshops in the USA, UK, Austria, and Germany; or at sea with Holistic Holiday at Sea Cruise; or thought at the Weight Watcher Cruise.
When her times allows her she loves to paint, taking pictures, and dances.
Her next project is to get deeper into art and offering soon art for healing classes.
