Reiki works with the universal life energy and the internal energy system that we all have. It’s benefits allow our bodies to function smoothly, rebalancing our energy flows, and aligning our chakras. It is a powerful healing method that can assist tremendously with depression, trauma, illness, insomnia, anxiety, and stress to name just a few.
Level 1 is focused on self healing. It is just the beginning of a beautiful and profound journey which will connect you with a higher power, bringing inner peace & self discovery, along with the tools to develop your ability to help others.
Your afternoon will compose of :
-Historical background of the Traditional Usui Reiki practice
-Hand positions to treat self and others
-The energy body ( Aura) and the Chakras
-Reiki 1 Attunement
-Learn how to give full Reiki treatment on a massage table and chair treatments
-Detailed Manual
-Ceremony and certification for Level 1
