We will create a sacred space that will allow you to relax and connect with your inner being. Jaime will lead a guided meditation and play the soothing sounds of the Chakra Bowls. You will set a powerful intention for what you desire so you will be ready to create your dream catcher.
Michelle will teach you the real meaning behind a dream catcher. You will use your intention to create your very own. You will learn that the process of creating a dream catcher is spiritual work that allows you to connect to your inner being on a soul level.
While you are allowing your creative juices to flow, Jaime will pull each of you aside for a 1:1 private 15-20 minute Empowerment Coaching Session. She will guide you to become clear of what your soul desire’s are in your life and discover obstacles /blockages.
During this workshop we will practice patience, love, and gratitude. Building a dream catcher is to create a prayer and give life to the beginning of that journey. The dream catcher is a 5″ hoop and all the materials will be provided. You are welcome to bring feathers or beads to add your own personal touch. Space is limited for 15 people
