Joy of Breath is a powerful process that creates change and healing in one’s life. By changing how we breathe we can increase feelings of well being, have more energy, and detoxify our bodies. It also decreases stress, tension, and anxiety and allows us to connect to our higher self and inner wisdom.
This journey includes breathing a conscious and connected diaphragmatic breath. This method includes setting an intention, breathing a continuous breath for a certain period of time, toning, light movement, body mapping, followed with an integration period.

About Emily:

Emily is a native South Floridian (minus 12 years living in NYC and NJ). She is a proud mother of 2 sons, holds a Masters Degree, and is a professor of Sociology. She is also certified in Yoga of Recovery.

She found breathwork as part of her recovery process from alcoholism. As part of the healing process, she tried everything under the sun but it was breathwork that truly changed her life! She found her calling to facilitate others in breathwork and to help in their personal transformation. She loves to cook, spend time in nature, garden, travel, and has a passion for helping people heal, to be healthy, and be to happy.
