Yoga in pregnancy is safe, fun and helps to you physically and mentally for labor and birth. This is an introduction to Prenatal Yoga for students or teachers who want to practice or teach yoga in a safe way for the mother and the baby.
Join Carol Figares (certified prenatal yoga teacher) as we explore a full range of accessible poses that will ease common aches and pains of pregnancy, and will cultivate mental and emotional balance, and leave you feeling empowered and supported.
